At this time, reviews cannot be submitted directly on the website. Customers will receive an email shortly after making a purchase, asking them to submit a review.

The flat 10% off every order does stop on October 15th with the roll out of the new program on October 16th,but your Customers can still save on every purchase with point redemption and ongoing bonus deals. Points now equal dollars off and there is no limit on how many can be earned or used!

Any Customers who did not create an account and choose to complete their orders as a guest, is still considered part of CDO as they do not participate in the new Kiss & Tell Rewards Program. They will not earn points and will continue to purchase products at full retail pricing. CDO Customer with accounts (they log in)will be automatically rolled over to the new Kiss & Tell program and can choose to redeem points.

Yes! They will seamlessly be transitioned to their new program with their same log in information. They will have no renewal fee on the anniversary of their membership start date. Plus, they will receive bonus points in their account to get started on enjoying the new rewards program.

  • Existing CDO Customers (non K&T) will receive 100 points = $10
  • Existing K&T Customers who did NOT pay a membership fee will receive 100 points = $10
  • Existing K&T Customers who DID pay for a membership 12+ months ago will receive 100 points = $10

Yes, she does. Points will be earned on the product value of the order after discounts are applied.

Customers with an existing Kiss & Tell account can find a “Refer a Friend” section with a unique code. The code can be send via text, email or social media messaging. When the person who received the referral code places their order of $100 minimum, the referring Customers will receive a $10/100 points reward. The Referred Customer must also use the unique referral code at check out.

Customers who shop on your Kiss & Tell site will be prompted to create an account in the shopping bag before proceeding to check out. They can see the potential points to be earned on their order for joining the loyalty program. The sign up process is simple with personal information prompts, including email and password.

Points do not expire with an *Active customer account and there is no limit on earning. Note that PV is reduced when points/discounts are redeemed - similar to SeneBucks. Reward points earning and redemption history can be viewed in the Customer’s account.

*Active account is defined as an active customer who makes a purchase, likes us on social, writes a review, posts a video. As long as they engage at least once a year (every 364 days) their account is active and their point expiration resets.

Customer can also redeem their points for select products that will be displayed in varying points values - and will change all the time to exciting new offerings!

Compensation FAQs

  • SeneBucks: a credit measurement awarded to Independent Distributors who qualify for an array of incentives; it can be used for product purchases (not redeemable for cash). SeneBucks are awarded in retail value amounts and have no PV associated with them.
  • SeneCash: serves as a pass through account that holds commissions earned on Customer Direct Order (CDO), Kiss & Tell retail sale profits, weekly Downline Commission payouts and monthly Group Sales Volume (GSV) Bonuses.

Once SeneGence has run the commissions and money has been placed into your SeneCard account, you will be notified via email by PayQuicker.

SeneBucks are retail value credits you earn to use towards product purchases. SeneBucks can be used for purchase of SeneGence re-saleable/ commissioned products and have no PV associated with them. SeneBucks are valid through the end of the quarter following the one which they were earned. Your SeneBucks amount will be visible on your online product order form until they are redeemed. You can also view your SeneBucks by logging in to your Back Office >Resources > Recognition Programs and Reports > SeneBucks. You can earn SeneBucks from the SeneBuilder & SeneBucks for Sponsoring programs, as awards at various events or trainings and given on your birthday and anniversary of your distributorship.

  • Yes. Simply, indicate what percentage you would like to keep as SeneCash and the remainder will be placed into your SeneCard account.

The SeneCard can be a great marketing tool to start a conversation with when purchasing goods and services. It can be a great tool to share the SeneGence products and opportunities with others, especially when they ask, “What kind of card is that?”

No. You never have to use the card. If do decide the use card, you can use wherever VISA is accepted. You can also withdraw money from ATMs. It acts like a regular Debit card.

Yes. Simply, login to your account and enter in your banking routing number, and the money will be transferred. Please allow 2-3 business for the transfer. There should be NO charge to transfer funds.

Compression occurs in the Group Sales Volume Bonus commission structure. If you have a distributor on a given level that does not place an order in a given month, that downline will move up a level to take the place of the distributor who did not place an order for that month.

  • No. Downline positions are permanent and do not compress. You still receive commissions for all levels you qualify for on the rest of your downline. Downline stay in place at all levels.
  • Yes. If you have a first level Distributor that does not place an order in a given month, but some of her/his downline does, you will receive downline commissions on those distributors at their level. No compression occurs on Downline commissions.
  • Calendar month
  • No. Each level prior, along with the level commissionable, must fulfill the requirements.
  • Yes. Remember that these five first level Distributors that qualify you for the Group Sales Volume Bonus beginning at level 2, must be personally sponsored by you, and you must also have 300 PV.
  • No. The payout is 10% on your first level as long as you have at least one 1st level distributor with PV over 100 in the month the order(s) are placed.
  • No. Downline Commissions are paid on the first 100 PV in a given month. The remaining balance (CV) goes towards Group Sales Volume Bonus.
  • No. The balance of the order (CV) is commissionable in the Group Sales Volume Bonus.

Event FAQs

  • The Registration Team will be reaching out to either refund your ticket or register you on their end. A confirmation will be sent once the adjustment is made.

After the quarter's selections, Distributors will receive a discount code from Global Events to use during registration. Distributors must wait to register with their discount code until after their selection is made and the quarter ends. If you already receive complimentary registration, you will be provided a special discount code to gift to a teammate or downline. 

Significant SeneSellers receive a discount on their ticket. Significant SeneSellers must register during the month(s) they qualify and the discount will be applied at check-out. For more information, please email events@senegence.com.

Distributors can cancel their registration online anytime until the cancellation deadline. If it's passed the deadline, the Distributor is counted as a no-show and their swag and/or recognition is forfeited.

No, you must register for each event using the event websites. The websites can be found in the Calendar. After purchasing a package, you can register for the event(s) in your package within several minutes! We will send you a reminder email to register.

Depending on the level of package you purchased, you can attend our annual events. Once purchased, you can make your way to the event website and proceed with registering. The system will automatically recognize that you purchased a package and will provide complimentary registration. Please note, event registration packages are non-refundable or transferable.

Event registration packages are no longer available for purchase. Those that have a valid package can continue using them until they elapse.

  • Active Distributors in good standing must place monthly cumulative orders totaling 750 PV (minimum) in three consecutive business months to qualify.
  • After initially qualifying, the Distributor remains a member of the Significant SeneSeller Program as long as the monthly cumulative 750 PV minimum requirement continues to be met.

Ordering FAQs

  • Ready to Ship = The payment and order has been accepted
  • In Progress = A label has been created and the warehouse is working on the order
  • Shipped Partial =  Order has shipped and a Tracking# appears, Some items in the order may have gone out of stock so in stock items are still sent
  • Shipped Complete = Entire order has shipped and a Tracking# appears.

  • Your customers can order products from you by logging onto SeneGence.com and adding you as their Distributor. SeneGence will be responsible for the successful delivery of the product to the customer. 
  • Orders placed through the website and that have you as the Distributor will count toward the 200 PV requirement to remain active. The PV counts toward bonuses and commissions, provided the earning Distributor has qualified for same by placing the required personal order.
  • Shipping charges for the customer orders will be the same as the rates for regular orders; however, next-day rush shipping will not be available.
  • The SeneGence Distributor shall be responsible for all customer service, including returns, exchanges, and refunds as if the product was sold and delivered directly by the Distributor.

Unfortunately when adding an Upline it becomes a legal binding contract. The only time you can change your Sponsor is if you let your account go inactive by not placing any orders for a 6 month period. After that 6 months has passed, you may re-enroll under a new sponsor.

In connection with honoring SeneGence’s 100% Customer satisfaction guarantee, Independent Distributors may accept previously-sold product back from their end Customers and return it to SeneGence for a replacement of the same or a similar substitute. The SeneGence Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Program online form makes it easy for Independent Distributors to request return product authorization from SeneGence.

  • Make one entry for each separate product being returned.
  • Be sure to fill out the explanation of why your Customer returned the product to you.

  • You will then be issued an RMA Number.
  • Please print the invoice screen and include with your product return.
  • You must include a copy of the receipt you provided to your end Customer at the time of the sale of the product with your return.
  • Don’t forget to include the actual product that you received back from your Customer!

New Customer Welcome Code FAQs

When entering www.senegence.com for the first time, new customers not affiliated with a active distributor will see a pop up asking if they would like to save 15% on their first order by signing up for our customer loyalty program Kiss and Tell.                                                                       When they click the link, they are directed to the Kiss and Tell sign up page and give us their email.

Once signed up, when they place their first order, they will receive 15% off the retail price of the product. Tax and shipping are calculated on the full amount of the product before the welcome discount

New customers will earn Kiss and Tell Loyalty points on the "discounted" price of the product and can apply them to their next order.

Loyalty points expire one year from when they are earned.

The customer and the sale are assigned to a "qualified " Distributor on a rotating basis.

Qualified Distributors is a distributor in good standing with the company, who has opted into CDO and who has accumulated 300 PV worth of orders in the previous month.

If the new customer uses the distributor’s referral link and see the “shopping with X” grayish blue banner at the top of the page they will be assigned to the distributor who referred them.

Customers are only assigned to distributors in the country they customer resides

Distributors earn profits based on the ordering discount level they are currently qualified for through Kiss and Tell at the time the order is placed.

EXAMPLE: Let’s say the distributor is at a 40% discount level and the customer purchases

$100 in retail products.

  • Without a 15% Welcome coupon, the net order total is $100. The distributor received 40% of this or $40. PV is ½ net order total or 50 PV.
  • With Welcome 15% coupon, the new order total is $85. ($100 - $15 = $85.) The distributor receives 40% of $85 = $34. PV is ½ of net order total or 42.5.
