About This Program

During the Leaders Year, SeneGence evaluates the leadership and productivity of Distributors within each state or territory of the United States. Area Leaders play an important role by offering training, support, and encouragement to aid in developing SeneGence Distributors! If you'd like to become an area leader, please complete the form below.

Requirements

Below are the requirements to become an Area Leader:

  • Participant must be a current SeneGence Independent Distributor for at least 6 months and be in good standing with no outstanding Compliance matters throughout the duration of the program qualification period.
  • Have a Royal or above National Recognition Rank
  • Have a Downline with a minimum of 20 Active 1st Line Independent Distributors
  • The Distributor must live in the area being represented
  • Consistently host in-person Area Trainings, at minimum one per quarter
  • Participant must be in good standing with the Company and be a Field Leader or an On-Track Field Leader
  • Participant must maintain an Area Facebook Group for trainings and event calendars
  • Complete the Area Leader form by 15 September

Terms & Conditions

  • Area Leaders can be called upon to help organize and facilitate Independent Distributor trainings throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
  • All applications that satisfy the requirements above will be considered. Current Area leaders must reapply every year to maintain their titles. However, an Area Leader may be removed if criteria are not maintained.
  • All Area Leader Forms must be submitted by 11:59 PM PT (SeneTime) on 15 September. Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered for the following Leaders Year.
  • A Field Leader is a National Recognition Rank Countess or above who has a signed ManaGence Agreement on file.
  • An On-Track Field Leader is a National Recognition Rank Distributor - Lady who has a signed ManaGence Agreement on file.
  • An Active Distributor refers to one who has placed cumulative orders of 100 PV in a calendar month.
