The Top CEO Circle is a group of elite SeneGence Leaders who attend exclusive training with Joni Rogers-Kante, as well as, attend private events and surprises during the annual Leaders Conference.

Achieving Distributors are announced annually at Leaders Conference and serve as a member of the Top CEO Circle for that following Leaders Year.

• Must be ManaGence signed and in good standing with the company with no outstanding compliance issues
• Must register for Leaders Conference by 30 September and attend in-person.
• Seminar attendance is highly encouraged
• Must achieve the Recognition Rank of Crown Princess or above between 1 April – 31 March
• Must annually achieve a Current Rank of Countess or above between 1 April – 31 March
• Must annually achieve 150,000 DPV between 1 April – 31 March

Distributors who achieve will receive:

• Guaranteed invitation to the annual Field Leaders Forum
• Achievers are selected as new product testers
• invited to private events with Joni Rogers-Kante at Seminar and Leaders Conference
• Special Recognition at LIPS Trip
• Special gift and stage recognition during Awards Night at Leaders Conference, if registered by 30 September

• Must be registered for Leaders Conference by 30 September
