This exciting program offers up to $1,818 NZD per month up to a maximum of 39 months, but remember, you must maintain Tier 1, 2, or 3 status to keep the monthly reimbursement rolling in. • Participants must be an active SeneGence Distributor in good standing with no outstanding Compliance matters throughout the program qualification and rewards period
• Participants must be ManaGence signed
• Participants must have a total of 1,000 PV for three (3) consecutive months

Tier 1 – First Level Downline

• 22,500 PV/QV for three consecutive months, which can be a total of personal PV, bonus QV, or 1st Line QV from orders on your 1st Level Downline

Tier 2 – Second Level Downline

• Must achieve tier 1
• 27,500 PV/QV for the same three consecutive months, which can be a total of personal PV, bonus QV, or 2nd Line QV from orders on your 2nd Level Downline

Tier 3 – Third Level Downline

• Must achieve tier 1 and 2
• 30,000 PV/QV for the same three consecutive months, which can be a total of personal PV, bonus QV, or 3rd Line QV from orders on your 3rd Level Downline
  

Once you’ve met the SeneCar requirements, Recognition will send a congratulatory email and provide next steps! You will be required to provide the following to recognition@senegence.com no later than the last business day of the month in which the vehicle is leased.

• SeneCar Checklist
• Copy of the MSRP Sticker
• A copy of the completed and signed lease agreement
• Your lease payment schedule
• Proof of your first payment
• A copy of the vehicle registration
• Photo of you with your SeneCar

1. If the Distributor does not fulfill the Monthly PV requirement of 1,000, the downline QV will not count toward qualification.
2. Payments will be paid on the (10th) day of the next month following receipt of the required documents and will continue to transmit lease reimbursement allowances to you each month as long as you maintain the requirements.
3. SeneGence International will issue lease reimbursement allowances for a maximum of thirty-nine (39) months on any single vehicle provided you maintain eligibility for the SeneCar Program. Leases may be for a duration shorter than thirty-nine (39) months but may not be longer than thirty-nine (39) months. A new car must be obtained at the end of the lease or after thirty-nine (39) months (whichever comes first) in order for lease allowances to continue
4. Your SeneCar must: (a) be leased and registered in the name of the person, as lessee or co-lessee, or entity listed as the Independent Distributor in the records of SeneGence International; (b) be driven during the term of the lease as the primary vehicle of the Independent Distributor; and (c) display a SeneGence International badge (provided by SeneGence International at no cost to the Independent Distributor). SeneGence may, from time to time, request a photograph of your SeneCar displaying the SeneGence International badge.
5. In order to continue to be eligible for lease reimbursement allowances, you must keep your lease payments current. Upon reasonable request, you must provide documentation to SeneGence International of all prior lease payments. SeneGence International will continue lease reimbursement allowances only upon continuing qualification as described above and will discontinue lease reimbursement allowances in the event that your lease is terminated for any reason, or you fail to provide documentation to SeneGence International of all prior lease payments
6. In the event that you do not immediately obtain a lease after you become eligible, you must continue to meet all eligibility requirements (as set forth above) in order to maintain your eligibility for the SeneCar Program.
7. You may not transfer or assign any benefits received under the SeneCar Program, and your qualification in and for the SeneCar Program has no cash value beyond the lease reimbursement allowances as set forth herein.
8. SeneGence International reserve the right to modify, change, delete or otherwise alter the SeneCar Program in whole or in part at its sole discretion at any time, with or without notice. Any future modifications, changes, deletions, or other alterations to the SeneCar Program will not affect any Independent Distributor who has already qualified and is receiving lease reimbursement allowances under the SeneCar Program. Any such modifications, changes, deletions, or other alterations to the SeneCar Program will take effect upon the expiration of the lease, when the Independent Distributor fails to maintain eligibility for the SeneCar Program, or upon the qualifying Independent Distributor’s election (if allowed) to participate under any new rules. Your participation in the SeneCar Program does not confer any rights or remedies upon any third-party or any other entity. Participation and qualification in the SeneCar Program confer no cash or other value beyond reimbursement of payments for the lease of a qualifying vehicle under these terms. These rules apply to all Independent Distributors who have qualified for the SeneCar Program on or after November 1, 2022, and have taken possession of their SeneCar on or after December 1, 2022.
9. Your qualification and approval for any lease program will be determined by the individual dealership based upon the manufacturer’s financial requirements and lease programs and may vary. SeneGence International makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any Independent Distributor that is eligible for the SeneCar Program will be able to obtain a lease on these or other terms. Actual lease terms and conditions will be determined by individual dealerships and may vary. All payments, including tax and license fees, will be the sole responsibility of the leasing Independent Distributor. Lease reimbursement allowance amounts will be reviewed by SeneGence International on an annual basis and are subject to change at the discretion of SeneGence International
